By accessing, registering for, or using the bz99 platform — whether via the website at bz99.im or any associated mobile-optimised interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bz99 Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. These documents collectively constitute the full agreement between you and bz99 regarding your use of the service.

bz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised document will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, bz99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via the contact details associated with their accounts. Your continued use of the bz99 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other users of the bz99 platform, regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the service. If you are accessing bz99 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so on behalf of that person as well as yourself.

Access to and use of the bz99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bz99 enforces a strict 18+ policy across the entire platform without exception. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing wagers, or participating in any bz99 game or promotion.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as a representative of a legal entity for commercial purposes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether entered into with bz99 or with any other gaming platform to which bz99 is a party, that is currently active.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

bz99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any member at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Where a member fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by bz99, bz99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account and to withhold any funds in that account pending the outcome of the verification process.

Any registration, deposit, or wager made by a person under the age of 18 is void. If bz99 discovers that a member was under 18 at the time of registration, bz99 will close the account, void all wagers placed during the period of underage use, and return deposits to the payment method from which they originated, subject to verification of that payment method's ownership.

To access the full range of bz99 services — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. bz99 reserves the right to reject any application for registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such rejection.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bz99 may, at its discretion, require you to re-verify your identity if material changes are made to your registered details.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account with bz99. Opening, operating, or being associated with multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided at bz99's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify bz99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

bz99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol throughout the platform. bz99 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party — all payment instruments used to fund your bz99 account must be registered in your own name.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bz99 wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• bz99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• bz99 reserves the right to implement additional verification checks for large or unusual deposit transactions, which may temporarily delay crediting of funds to your account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in the bz99 Help section. Standard processing time for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is typically within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• bz99 may require identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the request being delayed or declined.
• Funds credited to your bz99 account from bonus promotions are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.
• bz99 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts where fraud, money laundering risk, or other compliance concerns are identified.

bz99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions on the bz99 platform. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the individual bonus terms. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage than standard slots.
• bz99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a member's account, and to amend bonus terms prospectively with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering completion, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

bz99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering strategies designed to eliminate wagering risk, the use of automated software to exploit bonus terms, and misrepresentation of identity to qualify for a new-member offer. Where bz99 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the member account without prior notice.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on bz99 are governed by the rules of the respective game or market as published on the platform, together with the general principles set out in this section. By placing a wager or participating in any game on bz99, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable game rules.

Casino Games

Sports Betting & Cricket Markets

Pre-match odds are locked at the time a wager is placed. In-play wagers are accepted subject to market availability and platform conditions at the time of placement. bz99 reserves the right to void any wager placed on markets affected by data errors, feed failures, or verifiable result discrepancies.

Wager Confirmation and Void Events

A wager is only confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation reference and the amount is deducted from your bz99 wallet balance. bz99 reserves the right to void wagers and return stakes where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed; or a market is found to have been compromised by irregular activity. Where wagers are voided, stakes are returned to the member's account in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bz99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your bz99 account, or to initiate chargebacks in bad faith after legitimate transactions.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, chip dumping, or information sharing designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated software and bots: Use of any automated tool, bot, script, macro, or third-party software to interact with the bz99 platform, including for the purposes of automated wagering, RNG exploitation, or data harvesting.
• Arbitrage and scalping: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets, including matched betting strategies that exploit bz99 bonus offers in a risk-free manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion terms.
• Account sharing and proxy access: Allowing any third party to access or operate your bz99 account, or accessing the platform via proxy services, VPNs, or other means intended to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.
• Money laundering: Using the bz99 platform to launder funds, whether derived from illegal activity or otherwise. bz99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in relation to suspected money laundering activity.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by bz99 — including customer support — to threaten, harass, or abuse bz99 staff or other members.

bz99 employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bz99 may take immediate action without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation. Decisions regarding account closure and balance forfeiture made under this section are final subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in the full bz99 Terms document.

Either you or bz99 may close a member account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure requests made by members must be submitted to [email protected] from the email address registered to the account.

Voluntary Closure by Member

If you wish to close your bz99 account, please contact the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved, and any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification. Accounts that are subject to active self-exclusion agreements may be subject to extended closure procedures as described in the bz99 Responsible Gaming policy.

Suspension or Closure by bz99

bz99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; failure to provide requested identity verification documentation; detection of fraudulent or suspicious account activity; court order or instruction from a competent authority; or where continued account operation would pose a compliance risk to bz99.

Where an account is closed by bz99 for a reason other than breach of Terms or prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member following verification. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, bz99 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and legal advice.

Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the bz99 platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, bz99 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the member from accessing their account. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
